We are pleased to offer shipping to ItalyEurope, and the United States for our board games and accessories. 
We have warehouses located in Italy, Europe, and North America to ensure fast and reliable delivery to our customers.

We currently do not to ship to countries not included in the above mentioned areas.

Icon for global_shippingSHIPPING: From which warehouse will my order be shipped?

We currently have three warehouses located in different parts of the world: the United States, France, and Italy.
This means that your order will likely be shipped from the closest warehouse.

The warehouse responsible for processing your order will be displayed at checkout, under Shipping Method.

If the name displayed under Shipping Method is a generic "Shipping", this means that your order will have to be shipped from different warehouses for lack of stock reasons.

Icon for coinRETURNS: How do returns work?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you shall contact us at support@tabula.games.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted for a refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@tabula.games.
